Overseas & Local Missions

The ministry of the Coaldale MB Church extends beyond the Coaldale community. Through mission organizations and our missionaries we seek to minister in the name of Jesus to people throughout the world.

Our Partners in missions:

MBMSI (Mennonite Brethren Missions and Services International) is the global mission agency of the Mennonite Brethren churches in Canada and the United States. Our goal is to help make disciples of all nations through church planting, leadership training and social action. Our mission is to participate in making disciples of all people groups, sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ cross-culturally and globally, in Spirit-empowered obedience to Christ's commission, and in partnership with local Mennonite Brethren churches. Today, we have mission efforts and partnerships in place in 37 countries.

MCC (Mennonite Central Committee)MCC seeks to demonstrate God's love by working among people suffering from poverty, conflict, oppression and natural disaster. MCC serves as a channel for interchange by building mutually transformative relationships. MCC strives for peace, justice and the dignity of all people by sharing our experiences, resources and faith in Jesus Christ. The MCC Mission Statement reflects the biblical call to care for the hungry and the thirsty, the stranger and the naked, the sick and those in prison. (Matthew 25:35-36).
